Easy and efficient

One of the best tiny app to upload and share files!

Superbe application !

Top !

Cloud wont open. Blue sky.

Guys, dont know whats going on but Ive been using your app since its out and it suddenly just stopped working... Now I cant open it anymore! DO SOMETHING PLEASE!

Amazing app, but need to be more social

The application is well-designed, clean, and functional. Works flawlessly. However, it needs to more social. I really miss the ability to automatically post uploaded photos to Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr. It would be killer.

Perfect.

Works fine. Easy. Simple. Perfect.

Excelent!!

Just the best! The best way to share your files with other computers, without complication. Top 10 must have!

Very Good App!!

It is a very nice app. Works fine with all kinds of files up to 25mb of size. The only thing I didnt like was that when we drop a text with graphic accents into the cloud, it doesnt recognize it and when we download the text it is all messed up. Leaving that aside, the app is excellent.

file size limit too low

this application integrates quite nicely into everyday work. however i find the file size limit of 25mb too low to work with. files of less then 25 mb can easily be emailed. i dont need an extra app for that. even the pro version only allows files up to the size of 250mb. i will stick to my dropbox. within its restrictions the application seems to be well done though...

KISS - Just as it should be

Works as advertised - nothing to add. Well done!

Could have been great ….. BUT ITS NOT

Drag and Drop into the Menubar - Genuis Upload Pasteboard items with Shortcut - Tremendous Idea The idiocity of having 25MB Maximum File Size upload , 10 Files a day Minimum and having all your brandnew customers run back screaming to DropBox (without menubar drop, thats really all i want) - P.R.I.C.E.L.E.S.S.

Excellent redesign

Excellent redesign of an app I use every day. Sitting subtly in my menubars on any Mac, waiting patiently to share WIP files with colleagues in seconds. Not sure what Id do without it.

Annoying ads and limitations.

The service itself is very useful and nicely implemented into OS X, if you quickly want to share files and screenshots. However, the most current version (3.2) includes an annoying advertisement for the paid ‘pro’ version of the app. I understand that the service relies on paid users, but other providers offer the same (and more) for even less money. I therefore highly doubt that the current business model will work. The non-paid version is very limited, which is fine, but that annoying add really bothers me. More will likely come, so I decided to leave this platform and to abandon an otherwise useful service.

I LOVE IT

I was looking for exactily this. Thank you! Great for Designers. I send proofs all day long, hate uploading to my dropbox then copying links, reduced my keystrokes.

good app, but....

web app crashes everytime I open in safari. Hope this gets fixed.

Good job - well done!

As an instructor working with a lot of powerpoints for the classroom, the IT people placed size limitations which made it very difficult to move large files back and forth from home to work. This little program made it easy. I was impressed. Thanks.

Essential part to my workflow!

I cannot speak more highly of CloudApp. Its saved me so much time and just makes my general life easier to share things with people. My one complain is a change they made in this version that differeniates the Raindrop and copyboard hotkeys from each other. Would have rather had them as one key. Minor grievence though, probably the best solution they could have had.

Wow.

Wow! I was surprised by how easy it is to use! Awesome job! :)

Love CloudApp

I simply LOVE CloudApp. I began using it long before it came to the App Store and I am a proud Pro user. The Pro features are definitely worth it. I got a domain for $8 and I must say that CloudApp+custom domain=awesome. Whenever I have to send someone a file I use CloudApp and they think its great, easy, and effective. My one complaint with the current version is that I miss having a keyboard shortcut to upload the selected file. Now you have to copy it first. Regardless, CloudApp is awesome and I will always continue to renew my Pro account.

Almost Perfect

So the idea behind this app is amazing. Drag a file (or use the hotkeys) to upload a file that you can then share via a link to other friends on the internet. Its an easy way to accomplish this when you want to send something to multiple people rather than use some sort of instant messaging app. Its awesome, but not quite perfect. Theres a catch, its free to use but theres a paid account available, which isnt expensive but its more than it should be for what it does. Basically, you can only upload files up to 25 mb with the free version, whereas the paid version bumps it up to only 250 mb. If you ask me, in a world where only a few things like individual songs and some photos, I find the 25 mb is much too small these days. What if I make a movie in iMovie thats only a few short minutes that id like to share with friends or family, but over the 25 mb limit? Well I cant. Even the paid version doesnt give much leeway. Theres an alternative to this though: Dropbox. Same general idea but you can upload files MUCH bigger than Cloud allows. Other than that, again, if you want to send just a few photos or a song or two, maybe a document, cloud is perfect and works just as advertised. Anything remotely bigger and youre out of luck.
