Amazingly simple to have a screenshot instantly uploaded and sharable. As a designer, this will be really helpful for my work flow and sharing with co-workers.

I used to pay $25 every six months for this app, was always a happy customer for such a simple service. They have doubled their pricing to $99 for a minimum 1-year commitment or $10 month to month? Ridiculous, get DropBox instead.
Absolutely love this product. I started using it when Evernote purchased Skitch and made a pig’s breakfast of it. Only wish it had annotations of screenshots but from their website it sounds like that feature is coming soon. Can’t wait. Constantly sharing anything from my clipboard with Cloud.
The newest version of CloudApp has an awesome new video feature.
I’ve been using CloudApp for about 2 years or so now to share screenshots with coworkers and clients, and the updates have been reasonable, continued, and fantastic enough that about a year ago I bough a Pro subscription and am sticking with them. The new gif-recording feature is painless and amazing and extremely validating to the money I’m already happily spending. I really can’t recommend CloudApp enough.
This new update is the definition of sex. Its fantastic, quick, and does the job
The GIF quality is absolutely terrible. Doesn’t even look the same as what you recorded. That’s sad.
Too bad that such a fundamental characteristic is missing for an upcoming OS X release: lack of support for dark mode in OS X Yosemite Overall it’s a great app for sharing in a snap.
I’m loving the new features. Thanks for a consistantly amazing app
App wont start on Yosemite.
In this version, HTTPS links are at least possible by manually editing what is copied and pasted, but the links still all default to HTTP for no reason. Hopefully a future version will actually be secure, and I can give it a rating that it deserves based on its slick user interface.
Drag and drop on an icon does not work at all. I have to go to the webpage and maually upload the file, and only then is the file visible in my OS X app. please fix!!! OS X Yosemite Macbook Pro 13 2010 late
Love how easy it is and that it has no adds. I use this app to host audio files that I link to QR codes to create word work stations for students. Other file hosts have ads and links to other things I don’t want students to be exposed to. This wokred out perfetly for me.
The new update has caused the app to trash everytime I take a screenshot (Command+Shift+5). CloudApp was (and probably still is once this is fixed) a great service at a fair price. I just hope they fix this bug (using Yosemite).
I use it occasionally but it just works - simple and free.
Every time i launch the app it asks me if I want ot have it auto launch at start up. EVERY TIME!!!!!! I wish the stupid app would stop asking me that question...
The latest update in January caused my Mac to go buggy with CloudApp today widget in Not. Ctr. Its a nice add on to the original app. The kinks are not worked out yet. Still in all, I love this app, with its simplistic features and easy to use comand key shortcuts. Hoping for a quick fix from their Developers via E- mail…...
I downloaded this terrible app a few weeks ago and once figuring out that they wanted to charge $67 for only 8gb of storage I laughed and decided to delete the app. Well somehow it has enbeded itself deep inside my computer and no matter what I do it keeps comming back. I curse at my computer everytime it turnes on because the first thing that shows is the pop up window asking if I want to start this app at log in. now matter how many times I say "no dont ask me again” it still pops up. Dropbox has a free version with 2GB which this app charges $25 for 3Gb. Like I said do not waist your time. Do name the mistake I did.
I have been a Cloudapp customer since late 2013 and love using it. The service is great and easy to share links to email instead of sending large files directly. Recently they have changed their pricing and it is outrageous! Beware, I would no longer recommend the service, especially because they aren’t grandfathering in my existing plan that I have held for over a year! The pricing is crazy now, and I think I may have to find something else soon.
This app could be great, but it’s too expensive. I’ve used the free version and have gotten tired of the ad popup to buy it on links that I share. If I try to share a direct link to the image on Twitter, Twitter says it’s a dangerous link or something. This is definitley not something I’m willing to pay $10/month for.
