In Lion its not working as it should

Since Lion there are two major problems:

1. Often I need to click the bar icon before I drag onto a file to upload (frequently it just dont detect that Im dragging something)
2. Sometimes (randomly) it refuses to upload selected grab by ⌘⇧4 (app requires restart)

Its one of the best apps of that kind available anyway.
